New Fields in the MLS

New Fields 

Have you noticed DMAAR has some new fields in the MLS.  These were based on an MLS Workgroup of members who took suggestions and ideas from the members and trends from other mls’s. 

Property class was changed from Single Family to Residential.

Style choices were updated and required with Architecture being optional.  Style choices: 1 ½ Story, Two Story, Three Story, Apartment Style(use for condos), Bi-Attached, Bungalow, Duplex, Front to Back Split, Other, Ranch, Split Foyer and Split Level.

Architecture being a new field that is optional but could really narrow done a search for the exact home your clients are wanting.  Optional choices are:  A-Frame, Art Deco, Arts & Craft (Craftsman), Cape Cod, Colonial, Contemporary, Dutch Colonial, Farmhouse, Four Square, Greek Revival, Italianate, Log Cabin, Manufactured, Mediterranean, Mid Century Modern, Modern, Other, Raised Ranch, Spanish, Traditional, Tudor and Victorian. 

Tandem was added as a garage choice along with the total sq footage and total parking stalls. 

Interior and Exterior features along with Included items, Pool, Fireplace and Fence Type were also updated to reflect the building trends. 

Association information is now organized under its own tab when inputting listings, keeping all that type of information together helps to create an easier work flow.
