This Committee is to provide a forum for the discussing of problems encountered in the MLS Service and to ensure compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the MLS and the National Association of REALTORS®. The Committee shall meet for the transaction of its business at a time and place to be determined by the Committee or at the call of the Chairperson. The Committee may call meetings of the Participants in the Service to be known as meetings of the Multiple Listing Service. All members of the Committee shall be owner participants of the Multiple Listing Service. The Committee shall select its Chairperson from among the members thereof.
