• The DMAAR Education Coupon is only applicable toward classroom courses from June 1 to December 19, 2008. It is not applicable toward online classes.
• Coupons are dispersed through DMAAR Brokers. Please see your broker if you have not yet received your coupon.
• Coupon is only valid at the time of registration.
• If you choose to use this coupon toward a class that is less than $50, you will not be able to use the remainder of the coupon’s value.
• This coupon is not transferable—only one coupon per DMAAR member.
• A credit or debit card is required to register for your discounted/free class.
• If a credit/debit card is not available, or you would like to pay the remainder of the registration fee by check, a $10 fee is added to the course (that the course registrant must pay). This must be paid before you can register for the class.
• Cancellation by a student, if requested no later than 24 hours before scheduled course time, will qualify for a full refund. If less than 24 hours, the refund will be less a $15.00 administration charge. Cancellations for coupon classes must be made by email (Education@iowarealtors.com) or by phone: 515-453-1064.
• As our class policy page states, all no-shows will be charged the full amount of the course. Therefore, if you do not show up for the course, the coupon is invalid and the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS® will not pay for your unused spot. Your credit card will be charged the full cost of the course.
